BioHrm... how to sum me up.
I want to live life on the edge.
I don't mean that in an adreneline junkie way but in the way which I will always have open doors, options to choose from. New experiences and life defining moments.
I want to be a foreign correspondant not a blow yourself up type journalist (thought i'd go to the middle east and africa), but a European foreign correspondant.
I have developed a love for media - being in front but particually behind the camera, over the last three years and if my journalism careers fails i'd love to bea director or producer.
I want to travel the world.
but not wearing 3D glasses like some of my friends. I want to touch, taste, smell and LIVE. I want to go to Italy - to Carnivale in Venica, to the Ferrari factory. I want to make Parmisan cheese and blow glass in Marano. I want to explore England - see the sights I've only read about in books and seen in James Bond and Johnny English. Germany - to see the castles, checkpoint charlie, the berlin wall and even pop over to Poland to see Alschwitz (yes, i am deadly serious). I would also like to Russia on the Vodka train from east to west, see the land of 'make believe' castles and of course experience night life including the slums (see, i was honest when i said i wanted experiences). I want to travel to Romania, Greece, Croatia, Mongolia and most importantly Tibet. I'd also love to live in New York City. It sums me up beautifully. Briming with potential, dazzeling, vibrant and totally in your face whilst also hiding behind art, beauty, a studious town which is quite unsure what it holds within itself. (See, I'm honest AND i think to much! haha)
If I could sing you one last song...
I love music. Not as much as traveling or rowing but I still love it. I love so many genres it's really hard to decide what to write here. At the moment I'm diggin' the Jonas Brothers, Antiskeptic (a melbourne band), Anberlin, Justin Timberlake (but who isn't?) and Disney music (yeah man, give me a bit of High School Musical any day!). I also love acoustic music, electronic (Massive Attack, Potsihead), alternative, pop, punk, green day, Good Charlotte, Panic at the Disco, Fall out boy, some Brian mcfadden, spice girls, *NSYNC, backstreet boys, 5ive (yeah golden 90 kid oldies :P)... i'd be here all day naming them!!!
well thats a rather large bio of more so what i like but i hope it gives you a big of idea who this NikkityNikNik (a nickname my best friend Teddy gave me) kid is.
